Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Your Content

9. Termination

Upon termination:

Centauri is not responsible for any loss of data, subscriptions, or content due to technical failures, downtime, or events outside our control. Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.

While we make best-effort attempts to maintain backups and restore data when possible, we cannot guarantee 100% recovery of lost information. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data.

We strongly recommend:

• Regularly exporting important tasks, goals, and notes
• Keeping local copies of critical information
• Not relying solely on Centauri as your only data storage solution

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centauri, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be:

• First addressed through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to binding arbitration if negotiation fails

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
